Sebastienne Brown, AIA, MBA

Principal

Sebastienne Brown is a licensed architect in New York, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Oregon, South Carolina, and Arizona with 18 years of experience in cultural, hospitality, residential, and community-focused projects. Based in New York for 15 years before relocating from Los Angeles to Scottsdale, she has worked on large-scale and mission-driven projects. She managed the residential amenity scope for the $1B Waldorf Astoria renovation, led a 26-acre ecotourism masterplan, and is currently designing the Chief Standing Bear Museum. She holds a B.Arch from Cornell and an MBA from UCLA.

Kuem-Hee Rhee

Architectural Designer

Kuem-Hee Rhee supports design development and project documentation, assisting with drawing coordination, spatial planning, and technical detailing across projects. Her work is guided by an interest in how buildings support everyday life and long-term livability for the people who use them.She also has experience working on collaborative design and fabrication for exhibitions and installations, bringing a hands-on understanding of materials and process to architectural work. Kuem-Hee is currently completing her architectural education at the Rhode Island School of Design.

JoAnna Hernandez Wright

Architectural Designer

JoAnna Hernandez Wright is an architectural designer with a Master of Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and a background in biology and systems thinking. These perspectives inform her approach to the built environment and the relationships between space, material, and context. She approaches design through drawing and modeling and is interested in projects that engage landscape, adaptive reuse, and interior environments.

Jamaal Hooker

Designer & Museum Consultant

Jamaal Hooker is a New York based designer with 22 years of experience in residential, educational, & cultural projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Hartford & an MS in Interior Design from Pratt Institute. His work includes the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History & Culture, & he currently designs exhibitions for MoMA.

Yeline DelCarmen

Yeline DelCarmen

Administrative Support

Yeline DelCarmen is an administrative professional & visual artist based in The Bronx, New York, with 8 years of experience. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yeline combines administrative expertise with creative consulting & community focused abstract art through her practice, Another Dot.

Todd Hansmann

Todd Hansmann

Architect

Todd Hansmann is a New York based architect with 18 years of experience in residential, commercial, & large scale workspace projects. He holds a Master of Architecture from CUNY City College. Todd has managed multimillion-dollar projects at Gensler, Beyer Blinder Belle, and Curtis & Ginsberg, focusing on design, compliance, & innovative solutions that balance creativity with functionality.

By integrating architecture, landscape, & culture, we create environments that foster connection, preserve heritage, & inspire generations.​

With a background that includes an MBA and training in social entrepreneurship, the studio approaches projects with both design sensitivity and financial discipline. This informs how projects are structured and guided from early programming through construction.
